Applying to college can feel overwhelming, but the process becomes much more manageable when students and families understand the resources available to them. From completing applications through the Common App to searching for scholarships and navigating financial aid opportunities, there are many important steps to consider during senior year. Our goal is to provide students with the information, tools, and support they need to confidently explore their options and successfully plan for life after high school.

Common App
The Common Application, commonly known as the Common App, is an online platform that allows students to apply to multiple colleges and universities using a single application. Through the Common App, students can complete personal and academic information, submit essays, request letters of recommendation, and track important deadlines all in one place. Because many colleges across the country accept the Common App, it can simplify the admissions process and help students stay organized as they apply to schools that match their goals and interests.
Financial Aid
Paying for college is an important part of the postsecondary planning process, and understanding the financial aid options available can help make higher education more affordable. Financial aid may include scholarships, grants, work-study opportunities, and student loans offered through federal, state, institutional, and private sources.
